Home to historic Dalhousie Square and Chateau Viger, Place Viger also overlays the site of Montreal's original eastern railway station– a gateway between Montreal, Quebec City, and the Maritimes. rA led a team of consultants in the design of a Master Plan for the site inclusive of over 500,000sf of residential space; 200,000sf of commercial and retail space; and 150,000 of hospitality space.
