regionalArchitects was invited to submit a design proposal for the new Communications, Electronics, and Photonics Research Centre at the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. rA's proposal addressed the full complex of technological and organizational needs of each research unit by treating the complex as a cluster of independently structured and serviced buildings.
